Autostrada will start construction of the metro in Vynogradar

First, we plan to conduct a detailed analysis of the state of performance of the works, which were worked on by previous contracting organizations. Next, it is necessary to compare the actually performed volumes of work and those that need to be performed in accordance with the existing project decisions. After that, it is necessary to adjust the project in terms of volume, type of work and their cost. For this purpose, we have our own design institute with a separate division of underground construction, in which employees have considerable experience in subway design. Accordingly, we will start this stage of work immediately.
In parallel with the documentary work, we plan to start the actual construction of the metro on Vynogradar in the coming months. At the pace at which we are used to working, and this is always the maximum possible pace, we need to make 9 construction sites on which to organize round-the-clock work. In today's realities, it is impossible to ensure such an approach from the first days, since the subway construction industry has practically been lost over the past 10 years. From the first days, Autostrada will use its employees, in parallel with this, in order to reach the maximum construction schedules, recruitment and training of personnel will be carried out, in fact, we will revive the metro construction industry.
Since many of the builders are mobilized, this factor complicates the task.
A significant factor that will affect the pace of construction is the timely financing of the work by the state.
At the first stage, we plan to start work at our own expense, without advances, then we will gradually increase the pace, in parallel we will organize recruitment, training and retraining of personnel.
Calls of this level are sent by Autostrada. We set ourselves the task of, subject to adequate funding, to reach full speed of work in a 24-hour mode in all areas of construction in 2025. In total, we plan to employ more than 4,000 workers.
