Which includes: a modern Liebherr concrete complex with a capacity of over 100 m³ per hour, a metal structure workshop and a reinforced concrete products plant, where key elements for metro construction are manufactured. In total, Autostrada invested about $ 40 million in the Vynohradar metro. 4 Jet Grouting installations were purchased for soil strengthening and foundation formation, as well as a Casagrande B200 drilling rig and a S.A.I.C.I. bentonite plant for the implementation of the “wall in the soil” technology. More than 15 million euros were invested in the tunnel boring complex, the launch of which is expected in early 2026. Autostrada is carrying out the construction of the Vynohradar metro exclusively by its own forces - without involving subcontractors. In a short time, we retrained personnel, introduced innovative technologies that had not previously been used in Ukraine, and built an effective model of the full production cycle. At all stages of the project implementation, our own laboratory complexes operate, systematically monitoring the quality of materials and processes, ensuring compliance with underground construction standards.
