This is the optimal solution for underground construction in difficult hydrogeological conditions. The blocks are manufactured at Autostrada's own production base, have clear geometric parameters, which speeds up installation and reduces the need for additional reinforcement. The solid geometry of the blocks ensures uniform load distribution.
The construction of two-story tunnels between the stations "Mostytskaya" and "Prospekt Pravdy" continues, where trains will run one above the other. More than 250 meters of tunnel structures have already been erected. In parallel, we are concreting monolithic branch elements, and soil development and installation of foundation wall reinforcements for subsequent stages are also underway.
At the roundabouts behind the future station "Prospekt Pravdy", which serve for train turnaround and night sludge, walls, ceilings and a tray monolithic slab have already been erected. Construction of a ventilation unit and a sump for collecting water has begun. Further development of the excavation and stabilization of the soil in the excavation using the complex and technologically unique Jet Grouting method is underway. This is one of the few ways to effectively strengthen water-saturated and unstable soils, which significantly improves the bearing characteristics of the foundation.
On the closed section of the European Union Avenue, the construction of diaphragm walls using the “wall in the soil” method is underway - an important stage of strengthening the excavation, which ensures soil stability and safe conditions for the construction of underground structures. In parallel, engineering networks are being transferred here: sewage systems, water supply, heating mains and medium and low pressure gas pipelines.
