Pit of the future station “Mostytskaya”: we are constructing a storm sewer chamber and arranging waterproofing of the ceiling with a PVC membrane, which, if necessary, provides for the possibility of restoration during the operation of the facility. Considering that the stations “Mostytskaya” and “Prospekt Pravdy”, as well as the tunnels between them, pass as close as possible to residential high-rise buildings, noise-absorbing insulation will be performed before waterproofing. This technology will ensure regulatory requirements for minimizing noise and vibration in the adjacent development. Reversible dead ends behind the future station “Prospekt Pravdy”: we are installing braces and belts for fastening the pit, in parallel, soil stabilization in the pit continues using Jet grouting technology - strengthening water-saturated soils by pumping special cement mortar under high pressure through a drill string. The jet of mortar literally “cuts” the soil, mixing with it and forming a dense cement-soil mass, which significantly improves the bearing capacity and waterproofing of the foundation. We are also strengthening the foundation of a residential building located next to this construction site - we are arranging a distribution plate in the basement, which will additionally strengthen the main structures of the building, including the foundation. Deep-buried tunnel between the “Syrets” and “Mostytska” stations: we are developing the soil for the frame of a 42-meter dismantling shaft (shaft) and arranging reinforced concrete belt structures. The dismantling shaft is necessary for lifting the tunnel-passage shield to the surface after the tunneling is completed. Double-deck monolithic tunnels between the “Mostytska” and “Prospekt Pravdy” stations: we continue concreting the walls and ceilings of the tunnels. Almost 200 meters of double-deck tunnels have already been built. At all construction sites, engineering networks located within the development area are being relocated. In particular, the water supply and drainage system, including sewage networks, is being relocated. Work is being carried out to relocate medium and low pressure gas networks, relocate the 10 kV cable network and heating networks, which allows maintaining their functionality and avoiding obstacles to further construction work.
