Avtostrada is restoring a section of the international highway M-14 that leads to Kherson. This part of the road in the direction of Mykolaiv has high intensity of movement - about 10 thousand cars a day. Our site belongs to the first category, with two lanes in each direction. Prior to the start of work, the road surface here was in poor condition and needed repair.

The leveling layer of coarse-grained asphalt concrete is already fully arranged on the left driveway. On the right side, the upper layer of gravel-mastic asphalt concrete is already laid, on other sections, the foundation and leveling layer are being installed. The next step is to complete the installation of the asphalt concrete finishing layer on all the remaining sections. In parallel, we install LED lighting poles and arrange a drainage system. Currently, the installation of rainwater wells has been completed, and the installation of observation wells is underway.

Specialists of the Avostrada bridge construction department are also completing work on two bridges across the Verevchyna River. On one of them, the covering is already completely ready, on another, it is necessary to arrange a finishing layer of asphalt concrete. During the works, the slopes were strengthened, the supporting parts were replaced, new roadway slabs and transition slabs were made. More than 80 Avtostrada's employees and about 50 units of equipment were involved during the works on the site. The need for materials is covered by Marini 3000's own soil mixing plant and asphalt concrete plant.

The M-14 "Odesa - Melitopol - Novoazovsk" highway passes through the territory of five regions of Ukraine: Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, and Donetsk. Its total length is 655 km. The route coincides with part of the European route E58. In autumn, Avtostrada also completed the reconstruction of the road to Kherson airport. From now on, a modern and comfortable highway leads to the city's air gates.
