Autostrada Group of Companies, part of the vertically integrated MS Capital holding and uniting over 50 of its own production facilities, won the auction organized by the State Geology and Subsoil Service of Ukraine. As a result, the company received a 20-year special permit to develop the Rivska area in the Zhmeryn district of Vinnytsia region. The license grants the right to a full cycle of work — from geological surveys to industrial extraction of limestone and clay.
According to the State Geology and Subsoil Service, the deposit has high quality raw materials and significant reserves with a long service life. Limestone is used to produce mineral powder, which is used in road construction — in particular, as a filler for asphalt concrete mixtures.
Investments in the development of the deposit are part of Autostrada’s strategy to diversify supply risks and strengthen independence from external manufacturers. Thanks to this, the company strengthens control over key production processes.
