Supporting specialized education is an investment in the future of Ukraine's infrastructure.

As part of strategic cooperation and exchange of experience, we had the honor of welcoming teachers from the Kharkiv National Automobile and Road University (KNADU) to Autostrada facilities. The faculty of the road construction faculty visited our construction sites, production facilities and laboratory complex, getting acquainted with the practical aspects of implementing modern infrastructure projects.

Autostrada has been maintaining partnership relations with KNADU for a long time. Our team includes almost 50 university graduates, including those in management positions.

We are convinced that supporting specialized educational institutions is not just a social responsibility, it is a strategic direction for the company's development. That is why we implement internship programs, industrial practices, scholarship initiatives, update the material and technical base of educational institutions, and also organize open lectures, meetings and visits of students to our facilities.

Our goal is to popularize the construction professions and help train a new generation of specialists, overcoming the "human resource shortage" in the industry.
