On the night of August 1, the Autostrada production base in Kyiv was hit by ballistic and cruise missiles.

Two of our colleagues died in the attack — concrete mixer driver Roman Trokhymets and forklift driver Ruslan Grinchak.

Another employee of the company, forklift driver Yuriy Oliynyk, was injured. He is currently in the hospital and receiving the necessary medical care. His life is not in danger.

Immediately after the attack, the base employees provided first aid to the victims and localized the fire on their own. Thanks to their prompt and coordinated actions, it was possible to prevent the fire from spreading to other production facilities and avoid even greater losses.

As a result of the attack, more than 20 units of equipment, a concrete plant, a service center for equipment repair, production facilities, a laboratory complex, and an employee housing complex were destroyed or damaged.

At the time of the attack, most employees were in shelters. The air raid siren sounded after the explosion, so the two workers did not have time to reach the shelter.

The company suffered significant material losses, but they cannot be compared to the loss of human lives.
