Autostrada continues the restoration of strategically important highways in Ukraine. Our road crews have begun repairs on the most critical sections of the H-16 highway Zolotonosha — Cherkasy — Smela — Uman. This highway is the main logistics route of the region, connecting key district centers and providing stable transit connections.
Currently, work is ongoing near the settlement of Bilozir'ya and to the entrance to the city of Smela (on the section km 48+680 - km 57+650).
Autostrada road crews are milling the worn-out surface with large maps. The next stage is the installation of hot asphalt concrete mixture.
We plan to repair the road surface on an area of ​​161,500 m² and complete the main complex of works on H-16 by May 20.
Quality control at each stage is provided by technical supervision and Autostrada's own certified laboratories. We supply asphalt concrete mixtures from the company's nearest plants, which guarantees high quality materials and efficiency of work.
Since March 1, Autostrada road crews have been working on the country's main transport arteries, 1,500 specialists and more than 500 units of the company's specialized equipment have been involved in the restoration work.
