All Autostrada facilities have a multi-level quality control system, which is provided by technical supervision engineers, our own certified laboratories and an accredited testing center. For operational monitoring of road construction processes, the company uses mobile laboratory complexes that allow for the full range of tests - from soil compaction control to assessing the operational characteristics of asphalt concrete pavement.

During the laying of the asphalt concrete mixture, our specialists constantly monitor the temperature of the mixture with thermal imagers and pyrometers at key stages of the technological process:

-at the asphalt concrete plant during the production of the mixture;
-in the vehicle body before unloading;
-immediately before compaction, before the rollers start working.

After several passes of the rollers, the asphalt concrete compaction coefficient is checked using the PQI device, which allows for an immediate assessment of compliance with design requirements.

We pay special attention to the geometric parameters of the roadbed. The evenness of the surface is controlled by mobile running complexes according to the international IRI index, as well as three-meter rails by measuring slopes and clearances under the rail, which makes it possible to detect even minor deviations.

To assess the operational safety of new road surfaces, we determine the surface adhesion coefficient. Tests are carried out using a pendulum device to determine the adhesion coefficient of road surfaces, which allows us to assess skid resistance and traffic safety.

All laboratory processes are performed in accordance with the requirements of international standards, ensuring high measurement accuracy and reliable control. After each test, laboratory service employees enter the measurement results into the Autostrada Lab digital system, where test protocols are automatically generated that confirm the quality of products for construction.
