These Ukrainian drones are a technological response and countermeasure to the enemy’s tactic of actively using reconnaissance UAVs to adjust missile strikes. They make it possible to detect threats, protect positions and critical infrastructure, and save lives. 

In practice, the drones take on the role previously performed by expensive anti-aircraft missiles, enabling the Defense Forces to shoot down Russian reconnaissance UAVs without wasting costly weaponry. Their interception success rate exceeds 80%.
