This highway passes through the frontline region and is of strategic importance for the stable logistics of the Defense Forces and the provision of frontline communities.
Military transport moves along the road every day, medical evacuation is carried out, humanitarian and critically important cargo is delivered. In such conditions, the condition of the road surface directly affects the speed and safety of transportation.
We carry out repairs using the “card” method – a local coating restoration technology that involves the complete replacement of damaged areas. This approach allows us to eliminate critical damage, return the necessary bearing capacity to the coating, and prevent further destruction.
The work technology includes:
milling the damaged area with the formation of clear contours;
thorough cleaning of the surface from dust and material residues;
surface treatment with bitumen emulsion to ensure maximum adhesion;
arrangement of a hot asphalt concrete mixture;
compaction of asphalt concrete with rollers to achieve the required density and evenness.
The main attention is focused on the most critical sections of the highway, where due to missed repair deadlines and the aggressive impact of weather conditions in winter, the pavement requires immediate restoration.
The production process is fully provided by the company's own facilities, in particular a network of modern asphalt concrete plants. Quality control of raw materials and each stage of work is carried out by certified Autostrada mobile laboratories.
