In particular, the roads from H-25 Horodyshche – Rivne – Starokostiantyniv to T-18-32 /H-22/ — Khodosy – Kustyn — /H-25/.

At present, preparatory, earthworks, and geodetic activities are underway to form the foundation for the future roadway. The main phase of construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.

Autostrada is maintaining high construction speed thanks to its own production facilities, a modern fleet of machinery, and the well-coordinated work of its experienced team. This allows the company to remain independent of external contractors and avoid involving subcontracting organizations.

Quality assurance is guaranteed by a modern laboratory complex — all necessary material tests are carried out, and compliance with technological standards is monitored at every stage of construction.

The northern bypass is a large-scale infrastructure complex that will significantly improve transport connectivity in Ukraine’s western regions. It will greatly ease congestion on Rivne’s city streets from transit traffic moving along the international M-06 highway from Zhytomyr and Kyiv toward Lutsk and further on to the Polish border crossings — Ustyluh–Zosin and Yahodyn–Dorohusk.

The implementation of the project will ensure:

  • preservation of the city’s road network from premature damage;

  • improved road safety;

  • a better environmental situation;

  • the development of Rivne as a strategic transport hub of the northwestern region.

Work on this project originally began back in October 2019 with another contractor, but was suspended after the outbreak of the war. The project risked becoming a long-term construction site. However, in the summer of 2025, a tender was announced to complete the northern bypass of Rivne, which was won by Autostrada.

Resuming construction will not only finalize an important infrastructure facility but also create more comfortable conditions for business and residents of the region.
